I was with Sheila.
... into the center of the city, to one of the best coffee shops.
I always discuss with her ... philosophical ideas.
She knows that i am a misogynist .... and she's always making fun of me into an abstract way ... telling me weird things ... happening around the world ... about the relationship between man and woman.
Today .... smiling ... she says ...
"In Somalia, a woman is not allowed to work, she only takes care of the house and children.
She cooks food, the husband sits down to eat, after the husband has eaten, he gives permission and the wife and children finish what is left.
If the husband did not give permission, the woman should not eat.
And it is a great sin if a woman eats while her husband does not see and does not know.
And some women starve to death because the husband won't let her eat if he's angry with her, and so on.
Children eat their father's food, children cannot be denied food.
If the wife contradicts her husband, he can just kick her out into the street, she takes the children and goes outside, and waits for her husband to call her to return home, but the husband may never call back.
And the woman just lives with her children on the street and survives as best as she can, because women are forbidden to work.
Therefore, boys from the age of 6 already go to work, mainly extract minerals. Almost all workers in the mines of diamonds and other precious stones in Somalia are young children."
So ... again an attack on my perceptions related to the relationship man-woman.
But ... i only smile ... and ask ...
"And you know why?"
Intrigued ... she asks ....
"Why?!"
"Well ... Sheila ... food ... means energy.
And the man eats that .... somehow being conscious that all had be prepared by the woman.
All being ... a cocktail of energies.
Food is ... a necessity for the body.
But the way the woman prepared the food ... adding her energy to it ... as an ingredient ... is having an impact on the man.
And ... the man knows this.
Knows his disrespectful way of treating his wife.
Is aware of it.
So ... unconsciously ... without clearly understanding what is going on ... but wanting to disconnect the woman .... from this ugly transfer of energies to him ... he asks to eat alone.
It is all ... a tradition.
Disrespectful the woman.
But needing her .... to prepare the food he brings ... he continues to accept the game of duality.
All being a dance of energies.
Treating each others as enemies.
The man ... treats woman as a slave.
The woman ... adds an energy as a poisson to her husband ... into the food."
Sheila replied ...
"There it is simple about how to control a woman, to enslave her will completely, so that she knows that she is valued less than a cow.
It is one thing not to eat at the same table, and another thing not to be able to eat, only what will be left if you are left with something, and not to be able to eat without permission.
Therefore, they are not allowed to work, so that there would be no opportunity to buy food and everything that is needed, so that there would be complete dependence and unconditional obedience. Because one once decided that it is convenient, said it and everyone began to do it and it "became the law, because all men liked it and it was profitable.
They may not eat together, but a woman should have the opportunity to have unlimited access to food, this is the right of any person, she cannot be told when to eat and whether
to eat at all. Women just die of hunger because her husband does not allow her to eat, this is nonsense."
And the discussion continues ... again ... for hours.
I tell to Sheila ... my perceptions.
Sheila tells to me ... her perceptions.
I agree with the behaviour of the man from Somalia and she hates that such cases still exist into the world.
But these are real case scenarios... being the representation of the weird connection between a man and a woman.
A dance of energies.
... of ugly energies.
Most certainly ... life is weird.
We don't know how to behave in duality.
We can't really live outside duality ... as a monk lives into a cave alone.
But ... while in duality ... it is all a nonstop attack ... from both sides.
We don't know to synchronise energies into a beautiful way.
All being a story ... about dominance.
And ... what is happening in Somalia ... happens into the civilised countries too ... but into another form.
Much ... softer.
Abstract.
But ... still ... all is a game of weird ugly energies ... coming from both sides.
I personally ... refuse to sit and eat with my wife.
I already know ... she hates me a lot ... the connection itself being totally ruined.
I know about the energetic "poisson" from the food
prepared by her.
So ... somehow ... wanting to cut those interactions ... or at least limit them ... i just eat alone.
Meanwhile ... i allow Sheila to make fun of me ... telling me about such examples ... but giving her spiritual explanation ... and making her understand what is actually happening.
... annoying her.
Of course ... is not that i am right or she is right.
No ...
Always ... all ... in any type of connection between a man and a woman ... is just duality ... seen as a dance of energies.
Good ... or ugly energies.
In all sorts of ways.
